FAQ

  • What is the dress code for the event?

The dress code for our special day is black tie optional. For women, we suggest a formal dress or gown. For men, we suggest a tuxedo or a suit and tie.

  • Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There is no designated transportation from the hotel to the ceremony. However, the venue is less than 10 miles from the suggested hotels and Airbnb areas. Guests should feel free to take an Uber/Lyft. Additionally, if you choose to drive or rent a car there is complimentary valet parking available at the venue.

  • Does the venue have parking?

Yes, there is complimentary valet parking available at the venue.

  • Can I bring an additional guest outside of what was offered on my RSVP?

Respectfully no. We're planning the wedding for the exact number of invites and RSVPs, and appreciate your understanding.

  • Do I have to stay at one of the suggested hotels or Airbnb areas?

No. The suggested hotels and Airbnb areas are courtesy accommodations. Guests should make accommodations where feasible and comfortable for them. Hotel prices fluctuate throughout the year, so be on the look out for the best deals.

  • I'm traveling from out of town, when should I book my travel accommodations (flight, hotel, rental car)?

Flight and hotel/residential prices will fluctuate. We suggest booking as soon as possible to ensure good rates. There are competing events and concerts scheduled for that weekend in Philadelphia, so accommodations are being booked up. Be mindful of cancellation charges should you find a better price for flights, trains, and hotels later.

  • I'm traveling from out of town, what else should I do for the weekend?

Check out our Things to Do page for suggested weekend activities!

  • What actions are being taken to protect against COVID-19?

We take the COVID pandemic very seriously and want to ensure that all of our guests are able to safely enjoy this event. Following is some information about the event, as well as what we will ask of our guests:

    - The venue is a primarily indoor venue that holds up to 180 people and has high ceilings. We have the option to open up patio windows, allowing for additional ventilation.

    - We will be requiring proof of vaccination for all guests. Vaccination must be up-to-date, including a booster if eligible. We’re also asking guests to provide proof of a negative COVID test taken a maximum of 48 hours before the event. For the safety of others, if you are unable to provide proof of vaccination and proof of a negative COVID test, you will not be able to attend the wedding.
